About the ConECCTOR Network
VISION
To connect our hematology community of academic physicians and discovery-based scientists to enhance opportunities for ongoing education, career development, collaborative research, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
GOALS
- Goal 1: Expand membership to include faculty in different careers including academia, and educational and community-based practices
- Goal 2: Develop a supportive network of peer-to-peer mentorship that can foster personal and professional collaborative relationships
- Goal 3: Enhance international research collaboration
- Goal 4: Ensure training opportunities (including those for work-life balance) that are inclusive and accommodate diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and needs
BENEFITS
Network members meet in live and virtual events associated with ASH, HTRS Scientific Symposia, and THSNA for ongoing education, networking, discussion, and social events.
Topics of interest include: collaborative research, career development, work/life balance, leadership, mentorship, and building an educator’s portfolio, among others.
